Registration Fees
The early-bird registration rate applies to registrations completed on or before August 31, 2026 (JST).

Registration fees include lunch and the banquet.
Visa Application Support / Visa for entry to Japan

Visa Application Support will begin in mid July.
Payment Methods
Credit Card by Online
- Available cards: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners only
- Please use a credit card which is valid at least until November 2026.
- Drawer of this online payment transaction will be “NVMTS2026”. However, the name might be slightly changed depending on the card company.
- Credit card transactions might be recorded on your credit card statement about two to three months later due to system matters.
Invoice and Receipt
You can download the invoice and receipt from My Page. Please note that any request for sending receipts via email or postal mail is unacceptable.
Change & Cancellation Policy
After the payment of the registration fee is completed, you cannot change or cancel your registration status online. Any changes or cancellation must be made in writing to the NVMTS2026 Registration Desk (nvmts2026@enhal.com).
The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on the working hours (Monday through Friday 9:30–17:30 [Japan time], except national holidays in Japan). Requests received after working hours will be processed on the next working day, which may incur charges.
- Before and on August 31, 2026 (JST) — No charge
- On or after September 1, 2026 (JST) — 100% of the registration fee / No refund
Notice
Refunds will not be conducted automatically. If a refund occurs due to a change or cancellation of your registration, please contact the NVMTS2026 Registration Desk with your name and Registration Number.
