Details of Presentations
- Keynote Talks: 35 minutes for the presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A
- Invited Talks: 20 minutes for the presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A
Contributed Poster Presentation
Poster Panel Size
85 cm in width and 175cm in height
General Instructions
- The poster board is self-standing.
- Each paper’s code will be shown on the board.
- All presenters are required to preside at their poster panel during poster session time for discussion with participants.
- Poster authors are responsible for creating, preparing, and transporting posters to the conference.
- Each poster should indicate the paper title, authors, affiliation, and paper number and must fit within a 0.85m x 1.75m space. A0 size is recommended.
Location: Takeda Hall, 5th floor of Takeda Bldg., the University of Tokyo
All posters will be displayed throughout 3 days of the conference.
