Full Paper Submission

Authors of invited talks and contributed papers presented at NVMTS 2026 are encouraged to submit a full paper for publication in the IEEE conference proceedings. Submitted full papers will undergo peer review by the NVMTS Technical Committee, and accepted papers will be published in IEEE Xplore.

Full paper submissions will open after the acceptance notification and will be accepted through November 15, 2026.

• The full paper must be 4–6 pages, including figures and tables.
• Please use the IEEE conference template.
• The file must be an IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF created with IEEE PDF eXpress.

• Create your manuscript using the template below.
• Go to the IEEE PDF eXpress site (https://ieee-pdf-express.org/) and create an account using Conference ID: 71456X, your email address and a password. You will receive an online and email confirmation.
• Upload your source file and/or PDF to PDF eXpress to obtain an IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF. If an “Approve Paper” button appears after your PDF passes the check, please click it.
• Return to the NVMTS 2026 submission site and submit your final PDF. Please enter the IEEE PDF eXpress confirmation number at the time of submission.
