Presentation Type NVMTS 2026 will be held in person. All contributed papers will be presented in poster sessions only.

Important Notes

  • Abstracts must be prepared using the official template.
  • The abstract should consist of one page of text. A second page may be included only for figures and/or tables, with a maximum of two figures/tables.
  • Submitted abstracts must be in PDF format.
  • Maximum file size: 3 MB
  • File name format: Abstract_NVMTS2026_YourFullName.pdf
  • At least one author must register for the conference and present the paper.

Abstract Preparation

Please prepare your abstract according to the formatting instructions provided in the template.

Key formatting requirements include:

  • Paper size: A4
  • Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides
  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Title: 16 pt, bold, centered
  • Main text: 12 pt, justified
  • References: IEEE style

Please underline the presenting author and indicate the corresponding author with an asterisk (*).
